Where are you located?
We are located 11 miles south from the Jackson Hole Airport, right next to Whole Foods, 1075 US 89, Jackson WY 83001

What is your cancellation policy?
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. All rentals are subject to a 21-day cancellation period. Any cancellation with-in 21 days will lose the 25% deposit. A day of or 24 hour cancellation will result in being charged full amount with no refund.

What do I need to know about renting a 15-passenger Van for my trip to Jackson?
The 15 pass vans hold 15 people including the driver this does not leave much for luggage. If you are needing luggage room and still want to rent a van. We will remove a back row of seats for an additional charge. All of our rental cars are well maintained. Serviced regularly and tires are changed seasonally.

How many people can you accommodate with an SUV rental vehicle in Jackson?
Our full size SUVs seat 8 people maximum. Classic suburban for piling your loved ones in and setting out for adventures. If you need a ski rack, please let us know so we can try and get you a vehicle with one. All of our rental cars are well maintained. Serviced regularly and tires are changed seasonally.

What type of rental car do I need in Jackson Hole?
Standard SUV’s, is sometimes all you need for putzing around town. If you’re just wanting to explore the town and don’t need a ton of room. These will fit your style perfectly. Even though they are smaller they still handle great in the winter weather.

Do you provide insurance on your rental vehicles?
If you do not have your own insurance, we do offer supplemental insurance. Supplemental Insurance is $29.99 Per Day. Coverage includes collision up to $20,000 with no liability. We also offer optional windshield insurance for $75 Per Day.

Can we drop-off our rental vehicle at night?
Yes! We offer after hours rental pick-up and drop-off. We have a key drop box for after hour returns. We can also pick renters up from the airport for an additional charge.

What is your policy on gas for rental vehicles in Jackson?
Snowmobile & car rentals will need to be returned with a full tank of gas.

Do you rent smaller vehicles?
The smallest vehicle we rent is a standard SUV. We have two a Ford Escape or a Jeep Latitude

What is included in a Snowmobile Rental?
During the winter time the rental gear included in your snowmobile rental are snowmobiling onesies, a full face shield helmet and snowmobiling boots. We will also rent this gear out individually once all of our renters have secured their gear first.

What is included in a Raft, Kayak, Canoe or Paddboard rental?
Summertime rentals for rafts and duckies include PFD’s, K pumps, throw bags and paddles/oars. Canoe & Kayak rentals include PFD’s and Paddles.
